IF YOU PURCHASED A PRODUCT PROTECTION PLAN:

If you purchased one of our product protection plans, then please have your plan # ready and contact Montage Furniture Services at (800) 686-5559, or you can contact them online by clicking here.

If you did not purchase a product protection plan and wish to submit a claim for manufacturer warranty service, with our assistance, then please proceed below:

THINGS THAT ARE NOT COVERED:

The following is a list of things that are typically NOT coverd by manufacturer's warranties:

  • Damage that has occured as a result of moving or transporting merchandise (Ex: fell off truck, dropped, scratched, dented, glass broke, etc).
  • Damage from abuse or improper use of a product.
  • Damage as a result of normal wear and tear.
  • Body impressions on mattresses or seat cushions. These will typically form over time and are considered normal wear and tear.
  • Fabrics or leathers that fade over time, or that fade from exposure to sunlight.
  • Damage as a result of improper cleaning methods and/or use of improper cleaning products & chemicals.
  • Transportation of merchandise between your home and the dealer (Designer's Warehouse).
  • On-site inspections.

It may be necessary for you to bring your merchandise to our warehouse for inspection and warranty services to be performed. This is solely up to the discretion of the manufacturer providing the warranty and we will do all we can to avoid this inconvenience. Designer's Warehouse cannot compensate for costs involved in transporting merchandise to fulfill warranty claims.

WARRANTY SERVICE REQUEST FORM:

Please review your manufacturer's warranty documentation prior to filling out this form to determine if your service request is covered by your warranty. If your merchandise did not come with warranty information then you can submit this form and we will determine warranty coverage and contact you with further details. We cannot provide services or repair work on merchandise that is not covered by the manufacturer's warranty and/or was not purchased from us. We will, however, be happy to recommend you to a repair company if your merchandise is out of warranty.
