claim for manufacturer warranty service, then please proceed below:
THINGS THAT ARE NOT COVERED:
The following is a list of things that are typically
NOT
covered by manufacturers' warranties:
Damage
that has occured as a result of moving or transporting merchandise (Ex:
fell off truck, dropped, scratched, dented, glass broke, etc).
Damage from abuse or improper use of a product.
Damage as a result of normal wear and tear.
Body impressions on mattresses or seat cushions. These will typically form over time and are considered normal wear and tear.
Fabrics or leathers that fade over time, or that fade from exposure to sunlight.
Damage as a result of improper cleaning methods and/or use of improper cleaning products & chemicals.
Transportation of merchandise between your home and the dealer (Designer's Warehouse).
On-site inspections.
